Yes — I specialize in QuickBooks Online because it offers the best accuracy, automation, and workflow for clients. If you’re using another platform, I can help you migrate.

3. Can you help if my books are a mess or way behind?

Absolutely. Cleanups are one of the most common services I perform. Whether you're a few months behind or a couple years, I can get everything caught up and organized.

4. Do you work with clients outside of my state?

Yes! My services are fully remote, so I can work with clients anywhere in the U.S.

5. How does pricing work?

I offer flat-rate monthly packages — White Belt, Purple Belt, and Black Belt — based on the size and complexity of your business. Cleanups are priced separately based on condition.

6. Are there any long-term contracts?

No contracts. Services are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

7. How do I get started?

You can book a free consultation. We’ll talk about your business, look at your current bookkeeping process, and determine which package fits best.

8. What do you need from me to do my bookkeeping?

Typically:

• Read-only bank/credit card access

• QuickBooks Online access

• Past statements (if doing a cleanup)
  I’ll walk you through each step during onboarding.

9. Do you file taxes?

No — I’m not a CPA and don’t prepare tax returns.
But I do work closely with CPAs, and I make sure your books are tax-ready every month so tax season is painless.

10. How often will I hear from you?

I send monthly reports and communicate as needed throughout the month. Higher-tier plans include more frequent check-ins or strategy calls.

11. Will I still have access to my financial data?

Of course. You retain full access to your QuickBooks account at all times.
